1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact.
- The product must not be damaged or show any signs of wear.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Health and beauty products
- Personal care items
- Any item marked as final sale
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at modazeestore@gmail.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
- Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with instructions on how to send the item(s) back.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your return.
4. Refund Process
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed in the following ways:
- Original Payment Method: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: For COD orders, refunds will be provided through bank transfer or store credit as per your preference.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact our support team to check availability. Once your original item is returned and inspected, the new item will be shipped to you.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us immediately at modazeestore@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including any shipping fees.
7. Return Shipping Costs
- For returns and exchanges due to a change of mind, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, damaged product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
8. Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item, it may take up to 5 business days to process your return or exchange. You will be notified once the process is complete.
